REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed after delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our mistake
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

ITEMS FOR SALE (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items can be refunded; Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email [email protected]

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the order was shipped to you by the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item unless quality issues. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

· You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you and if you would like to return it, please contact us within 30 days after the delivery.

· Item is in good shape, unused, unworn, and contains all its parts with their original tags/package.

· Free gifts must be in good shape, unused, unworn, and returned at once

· We won't accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without contacting with us first.

· Free gifts cannot be returned if lost or used, or its price must be deducted

Note: the below conditions are not quality issues:

· Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues

· Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues

· Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues

· Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase do not constitute quality issues and are not accepted for returns

· Please refer to our sizing chart for final decision on your purchase, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues.

· Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences to different items with the same size. Please refer to actual measurements.

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:

· Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect

· Buyer’s accidental returns

· Returning personal items

· Returning items claimed to have defects but found by sowhas quality control to be in working condition

· Returning defective items in international shipping

· Costs associated with unauthorized return.

 

When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by sowhas, sowhas takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. sowhas does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

How long do I have to return items I have purchased and do I have to pay for return shipping?

1. You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return items after the delivery. Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days from the delivery. Returns after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.

2. If you have already returned items from an order, but would like to return additional items from that order, you must do so within 30 days of the delivery and pay for the return shipping. Use the shipping label provided and pay a $ 6.99 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

We handle all returns-related customer service matters within 24 hours.

Do not send returned items to the sender's address from the package you received. We will not accept any returns without you contacting us first.
